3.1  Data protection

The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidential and according to legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

The usage of this website is possible without providing personal data.

We do not collect personal data of the visitors of our website. We neither use cookies, web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Piwik), contact forms, newsletters, guest books, blogs, online shops nor social media services (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn, facebook, Twitter) nor advertising or other commercial affiliate services.

Personal data, such as names, addresses or e-mail addresses, are only provided when you will contact us on a voluntary basis. Those data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit permission.

This website uses SSL/TLS security protocol (https) to provide privacy and data integrity when transmitting data. However, we would like to point out that data transmissions via internet (e.g. e-mail communication) cannot be entirely secure and may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of personal details against unauthorised access by third parties is not possible.
 

3.2  Sever-log-files

The provider of these website automatically collects and stores information in log files which your browser automatically transmits to us, such as

– browser type/version
– used operating system
– referrer URL
– IP address and host name of the accessing computer
– time of query

Those data will not be associated with individual persons. A merging with other data sources does not take place. We reserve the right to retrospectively check the data if reasonable evidences concerning illegal use become known. The sever-log-files will be erased automatically after 30 days.
 

3.3  Processing and storage of personal data

Within our business operations we collect, process, and use person-related data only as far as necessary to fulfil contracts with our clients within our business objects and for the establishment, content-related arrangement or change of the legal relationship. The data include only name, address, project information and, in the case of partners and suppliers, banking data.

The processing and storage of personal data takes place in-house only.

The data will be erased when not required anymore. Due to legal terms some data such as accountancy data cannot be erased immediately, but after the legal storage period.
 

3.4  Transmission of data on contract conclusion for services

We transmit person-related data to partners and suppliers only if necessary to fulfil contracts with our clients and if the clients have given their permission.

A transmission of data to third parties for commercial purposes does not take place. Also a transmission of data to non-EU countries does not take place.
 

3.5  Right to information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to be informed about your person-related data, their origin and addressee and the purpose of data processing as well as the right to correction, blocking or deletion of those data at any time and free of charge. 3.6  Objection to commercial mails

Providers are obligated to publish contact information in the imprint / legal note. The use of such contact information by third parties for distributing unsolicited advertisements or other commercial information is prohibited. The operators of this website reserve the right to take legal measures in case of being sent unsolicited commercial information, e.g. spam mails etc.
